We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Storeperson to join our team at our Brisbane office. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with and report to the Workshop Lead, assisting in the administration and management of daily project requirements. Job Description
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receiving and sending equipment across all Inventory in accordance with the Company’s Quality Standards, project & client requirements.
Loading/unloading inventory as required.
Checking in / Checking Out procedures across all Inventory in accordance with the Company's Quality Standards.
Completing online freight bookings and liaising with Workshop Lead & Project Managers, including packaging as required.
Maintaining all inventory owned by Powertech as per the 'Equipment Manual'.
Maintaining a high standard of presentation and appearance of all equipment in the inventory.
Attending to client queries and requests while ensuring the clients requirements are met.
Performing regular stocktakes of all inventory items and other workshop stock.
Labelling of assets.
Answering phone/email enquiries.
Supporting the Workshop Lead with completion of other tasks as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience, skills and qualifications:
Required - Valid driver’s licence
Preferred - Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing Operations).
Preferred - Forklift licence.
Preferred - Experience working in a Logistics role, with experience involving freight bookings, etc.
Great interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Proactive and well organised
Great attention to detail & high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as a willingness to learn our in-house software system and work with this daily.
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrates initiative.
