Powertech Resourcing is a multidisciplinary commissioning organisation providing services to the energy and resources sectors throughout Australia.

Due to continued growth and expansion in the business, we are currently taking applications for a Commissioning Specialist to join our clients Mining Commissioning Team.

• Location: South Australia - We will cover flights from anywhere in Australia to site
• Electrical Instrumentation and Control support
• Roster: Will be either 8/6 or 9/5
• Hours: 12 hour days
• Duration: 4+ months (Could possibly be extended well into New year)
• Start date: July 2025
• Super paid on all hours work
• Great $$$ Rates

Key accountabilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day coordination of field technicians and the control system integrator Collaborate closely with Lead Commissioning, key project and operational stakeholders to ensure the successful start-up and ramp up of projects;
• Providing technical and commissioning expertise to deliver commissioning planning, as well as safe and effective execution on assigned projects in line with approved project plans;
• Ensuring commissioning standards, processes, methodologies and systems are diligently applied on assigned projects
• New evaporation pond, including a new switchroom, two pump stations, drives, instrumentation

Commissioning Specialist will possess the following:

• 3+ years previous experience in Commissioning, Project Management and/or site operations;
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a relevant trade qualification (electrical);
• Hexagon Completions (CCMS) experience (Desired)
• Advanced technical proficiency across a broad range of engineering disciplines;
• Risk and governance in a project management capacity
