Powertech Resourcing is a multidisciplinary commissioning organisation providing services to the energy and resources sectors throughout Australia.
Due to continued growth and expansion in the business, we are currently taking applications for a Commissioning Supervisor to join our clients Commissioning Team.
- Role: Commissioning Supervisor (Electrical/Instro background required)
- Start date: October 2025
- Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off TO BEGIN, which will transition to a 2 week on / 1 week off roster in a few months.
- Location: South Australia - We will cover flights from anywhere in Australia to site
- Hours: 12 hours per day
- Rate: Excellent rates paid $$$
- Super paid on ALL hours work
- Duration: Min 8+ months, with potential to move across to Major Projects SA when more work fronts open next year.

Key accountabilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of field technicians and the control system integrator Collaborate closely with Lead Commissioning, key project and operational stakeholders to ensure the successful start-up and ramp up of projects;
- Providing technical and commissioning expertise to deliver commissioning planning, as well as safe and effective execution on assigned projects in line with approved project plans;
- Ensuring commissioning standards, processes, methodologies and systems are diligently applied on assigned projects
- New evaporation pond, including a new switchroom, two pump stations, drives, instrumentation
Commissioning Supervisor will possess the following:
- 3+ years previous experience in Commissioning, Supervision
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a relevant trade qualification (electrical);
- Electrical and Instrumentation experience required
- Advanced technical proficiency across a broad range of engineering disciplines;
- Risk and governance in a project management capacity
