We have an exciting opportunity for a Travel Administrator to join Powertech on Client’s Project.
Position Overview:
- Role: Travel Administrator
- Roster: Monday to Friday (5/2)
- Hours: 38 hour week
- Duration: Initial 3-month duration with big possibility to extend
- Start Date: 1st December 2025
- Location: Client’s office in the Perth CBD
- Rate: Excellent rates + Super on all hours worked
Scope of Work:
- Submit travel request to General Manager and Head of for Approval
- Once approved, submitting the request in workflow system
- Monitoring & following up on requests in Workflow
- Once travel approved, emailing confirmed flight & accommodation to contractor
- Managing reschedules & cancellations
- During shutdowns, high travel requests to action
- Ensuring accommodation bookings are made well in advanced for accommodation constraint periods
- Reporting to Site Manager daily (Incoming, outgoing, day shift, night shift).
About You:
- Good communication skills will all levels of the business organisation
- The ability to ‘get things done’ with a keen eye for attention to detail
- The ability to ‘flex’ within the wider major project team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaborative in a team environment; and
- Microsoft Office suite experience – Including strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.
