We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Commissioning Engineer to join Powertech on OFFSHORE Project.
Position Overview:
- Super paid on all hours worked & great $$$ rates paid
- Role: Senior Process Commissioning Engineer
- Roster: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
- Hours: 12 hours per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Client OFFSHORE facility
Scope of Work:
- Lead process commissioning activities through start-up and performance testing of a Booster Compression Module
- Execute system walk-downs, punch listing, and system acceptance
- Perform process flushing, leak testing, drying, purging, and inerting
- Support first oil/gas, well start-up, and ramp-up operations
- Coordinate with operations, construction, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
- Minimum 10–15 years experience in oil and gas projects
- At least 5 years in process commissioning, preferably offshore
- Experience with FPSO, platforms, gas processing facilities, or LNG preferred
- Strong knowledge of offshore process systems (separation, gas compression, utilities, water injection, etc.)
- Familiar with commissioning tools, system completion databases, and permit-to-work systems
