We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Commissioning Engineer to join Powertech on OFFSHORE Project.

 

Position Overview:

  • Super paid on all hours worked & great $$$ rates paid
  • Role: Senior Process Commissioning Engineer
  • Roster: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
  • Hours: 12 hours per day
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: Client OFFSHORE facility

 

Scope of Work:

  • Lead process commissioning activities through start-up and performance testing of a Booster Compression Module
  • Execute system walk-downs, punch listing, and system acceptance
  • Perform process flushing, leak testing, drying, purging, and inerting
  • Support first oil/gas, well start-up, and ramp-up operations
  • Coordinate with operations, construction, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues

 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
  • Minimum 10–15 years experience in oil and gas projects
  • At least 5 years in process commissioning, preferably offshore
  • Experience with FPSO, platforms, gas processing facilities, or LNG preferred
  • Strong knowledge of offshore process systems (separation, gas compression, utilities, water injection, etc.)
  • Familiar with commissioning tools, system completion databases, and permit-to-work systems
