About The Role:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project administration, coordination, and document control support to ensure the successful delivery of large electrical and EPC projects.
This role supports the Project Manager and broader project team by coordinating documentation, facilitating project meetings, tracking actions, maintaining registers, and assisting with project reporting and communication.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project activities are organised, documented, and progressed in accordance with project requirements.
Reporting to: Principal Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities across multiple workstreams

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and assist with project financial tracking and reporting
-
Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports
-
Maintain document registers, transmittals, and revision control in line with project and client requirements

Coordinate internal and external project meetings
-
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to completion

Liaise with engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, and clients to support effective project delivery
About You:
-
Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role within electrical, construction, engineering, or EPC project environments
-
Experience working on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
-
Experience with financial tracking and management reporting
-
Strong understanding of project documentation workflows, including document control, registers, and revision management
-
Familiarity with technical documentation and project specifications
-
Experience coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items
-
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project)
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised and process-orientated
Preferred

Background in the electrical field through a trade qualification, electrical engineering degree, diploma, or relevant industry experience
Desirable:

Electrical trade qualification, diploma, degree, or equivalent industry experience

Qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
-
White Card (Construction Induction)
