We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Commissioning Technician to join Powertech on a Renewable Hydrogen Project.

Position Overview:

• Role: Mechanical Commissioning Technician
• Start date: ASAP 2026
• Duration: 8 months  
• Roster: 2x1  
• Hours per day: 10.5 
• Rate: $88.00/hr + super on all hours worked  
• Point of Hire: Perth, however we will cover flights from any major capital in Australia 

Scope of Work:

• Familiarity with plant Utility systems, hazardous fluid/ gas systems and Rotating Equipment.
• Performing pre-commissioning activities
• Performing commissioning Test Procedure activities
• Completion of as-builts as required

About You:

• Qualified Fitter/Mechanical tradesperson
• Minimum 4 years Commissioning experience 
• Construction White card
• CPR/LVR (Desirable)
• First Aid (Desirable)
