Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join Powertech supporting our Singapore office (based out of Batam, Indonesia) on a Full-Time Permanent Basis.

Reporting to the Singapore Headquarters, the role will be based in Batam, Indonesia to lead our commercial expansion, manage key regional accounts, and act as the vital bridge to our Singapore HQ.

About The Role:

• This is a unique, high-visibility hybrid role. You will have full commercial autonomy to shape our footprint in Indonesia while staying close to the technical action on the ground—handling everything from C-suite contract negotiations to shipyard and offshore site validation.
• Commercial & Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies across O&G, EPC, shipyard, and offshore sectors. Manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Key Account Management: Serve as the primary commercial contact for strategic clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contract retention.
• Technical & Site Support: Conduct site visits at shipyards and offshore locations to support testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• HQ Coordination: Maintain a direct line of communication with our Singapore HQ, reporting on sales pipelines, aligning on regional strategies, and supporting major tender submissions.
• HSE Excellence: Ensure strict compliance with project and safety standards during all field and site operations

About You:

• Experience: 10–15 years of proven experience within the Oil & Gas, offshore, or marine industries.
• Industry Network: A strong track record working closely with EPCs, shipyards, or offshore operators in Indonesia and the region.
• The Hybrid Edge: A rare blend of sharp negotiation/commercial skills and the capability to perform site-based technical support and validation.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills (necessary for close coordination with Singapore HQ).
• Must be able to complete local site visits and travel
